- Cần hỗ trợ về việc lên kế hoạch học tập theo từng năm ở trường sao cho hiệu quả.

- Cần hỗ trợ các kỹ năng liên quan đến học tập như quản lý thời gian, làm việc nhóm, thuyết trình.

- Cần được hướng nghiệp giúp khám phá sở thích và sở trường của bản thân, từ đó chọn được công việc phù hợp sau khi ra trường.

- Cần giúp các kỹ năng tìm việc như viết CV, phỏng vấn.

- Cần được giới thiệu các cơ hội thực tập, việc làm.

Khung giờ tư vấn hướng nghiệp⏲

Mỗi buổi tư vấn hướng nghiệp sẽ kéo dài từ 60-90 phút (Sinh viên có nhu cầu cần được tư vấn sẽ được gọi là người được tư vấn hoặc thân chủ)

Quy trình tư vấn hướng nghiệp:

Trước tư vấn:
(1) Làm trắc nghiệm Holland và điền phiếu thông tin trước buổi tư vấn
(2) Trao đổi, xác nhận lịch hẹn (ngày, giờ) tư vấn hướng nghiệp

 Trong tư vấn:
(3) Chuyên gia tư vấn hướng nghiệp cùng thân chủ tiến hành trao đổi và thảo luận.
Chuyên gia sẽ hỗ trợ thân chủ khám phá đặc điểm sở thích và năng lực bản thân, từ đó giúp thân chủ tự chọn được ngành nghề phù hợp.

Sau tư vấn:
(4) Theo dõi và thực hành một số bài tập sau tư vấn từ chuyên gia nhằm trải nghiệm và tự tin với quyết định cá nhân.

Career Counseling ⏲

- Every year, student’s learning pathways should be planned carefully with high effectiveness.

- Students should learn about academic skills such as time management, teamwork, and presentation skills.

- Under the support of the career counseling team, students can discover their interests and talents that might form their career path after graduating.

- Students must be lectured on how to compose an attractive CV as well as be trained in job interview skills.

- Students will be referenced and promoted by university professors when applying for their jobs.

What is a career counseling session?

A Career Counseling Session will last from 60 to 90 minutes (Consulted students are called clients)

Career counseling process: 

Before the career counseling session:

(1)  Students are required to fulfill the information forms as well as finish a Holland multiple choices test before entering the career counseling session.

(2)  Students will discuss with the career counseling team and then be informed of the appointment (date, time).

 During the career counseling session:

(3)  Career counseling executives and clients will discuss several topics such as clients’ interests and ability which help clients in choosing a correct career path in the future.

After the career counseling session:

(4)  Students are supervised by career counseling executives. Moreover, some career development exercises will be given to students to bring them more confidence in decision making.
